One Account Per User

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on Winners33. Registering multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, or details is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

Minimum Deposit RM 30

The minimum deposit at Winners33 is RM 30 per transaction. All deposits must be made using approved payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All Winners33 bonuses and promotions are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Bonus abuse, including claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, may result in forfeiture of rewards.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Winners33 account password confidential. Winners33 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat under any circumstances.

Right to Amend Terms

  • "User" / "You" / "Member" — refers to any individual who has registered an account or is using Winners33's services.
  • "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a User on Winners33 using valid personal information.
  • "Funds" — refers to the balance in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in a User's Winners33 account.
  • "Bonus" — refers to any credits, rewards, cashback, or promotions granted by Winners33 to Users subject to specific terms and conditions.
  • "Bet" — refers to any activity involving the placement of money on the outcome of a sports event, casino game, or any other game offered on Winners33.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — the wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus or reward funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use Winners33's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

  • At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
  • Residing in or legally located within a region that permits the use of online betting platforms.
  • Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration — including your full name, identification number, phone number, and a valid email address.
  • Never had an account previously closed by Winners33 due to a breach of Terms.

Identity Verification: Winners33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (identification card, selfie, bank statement) at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended or closed.

Each User is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Winners33. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different details — are a serious violation. Winners33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated funds or bonuses.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours on business days.

  • Winners33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.
  • Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

Winners33 offers a range of bonus and promotion programs for both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms and limits specified separately on the promotions page.

  • The Welcome Bonus is exclusively available to first-time registrants who make a qualifying initial deposit that meets the minimum requirement.
  • Each promotion has its own wagering requirement — typically between 5x to 20x bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.
  • Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first fulfilling the wagering requirements.
  • Winners33 reserves the right to void bonuses and related withdrawals where there is evidence of promotional abuse, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts.
  • Bonus validity periods are as stated in the respective promotion terms. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.
  • Winners33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Game Rules

All games offered on Winners33 — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and slots — are subject to game-specific rules available in each game's help section. The following general rules apply across all games:

  • All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Winners33 system. No appeals will be entertained for outcomes that have been correctly calculated by the system.
  • In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, Winners33 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wager to the player's account.
  • For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the applicable odds — any changes in odds after the bet is confirmed will not affect that bet.
  • Winners33 reserves the right to reject or void any bet suspected of involving match fixing, insider information, or other fraudulent activity.
  • All slot and number games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent auditing body to ensure fairness.

6. Prohibited & Restricted Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Winners33 platform and may result in immediate account termination:

  • Registering more than one account to obtain bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
  • Using bots, automation, artificial aids, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
  • Sharing your account with another person or allowing others to access your account.
  • Transferring funds between different Winners33 accounts for the purpose of withdrawing bonuses.
  • Using the Winners33 platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
  • Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the technical operations of the Winners33 platform in any way.
  • Registering an account using a false identity, another person's name, or falsified identification documents.

Winners33 works closely with the relevant authorities to report any activity suspected of involving fraud or money laundering. Funds linked to such activity will be frozen pending investigation.

7. Account Termination & Suspension

Winners33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close the account of any User under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation.
  • Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
  • A voluntary account closure request (self-exclusion) on responsible gaming grounds.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the Winners33 support team via live chat. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met and there are no outstanding issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

Winners33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct or indirect — arising from:

  • Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

In all circumstances, Winners33's maximum total liability to any User shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim.
